Spaghetti Squash at Pacific Green Gourmet
OCTOBER 18TH SPECIAL
These are amazing. Just cut in half, drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast the halves for 45-60 minutes depending on the size. Then use a fork to comb out the spaghetti-like strands. Add melted butter, roasted garlic and parmesan. And feast!
