Dare I say these might be the best buns for the long weekend? They are if you're grilling. As is typical with brioche, there's a touch of sugar. And when you toast or grill it, the sugar helps deliver a perfect crunch. We recommend with crab cakes, burgers, and / or grilled halloumi.
