To prepare, let the steak get to room temperature, season with fine salt and pepper, and coat with olive oil. Then pan-fry – use a hot skillet with a thin coat of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side, then let the steak sit for 10 minutes and serve. Perfect size, amazing flavor.
