Center Cut Leg of Lamb
Treat this cut like a steak. Rob Dellapietra recommends marinating in 8 ounces of dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, some chopped ginger, and a splash or two of Jack Daniels. Let it soak in a Ziploc bag for about 4 hours. Then when you're ready to cook, grill or throw in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3 minutes on each side, then an additional 1 minute on each side. Slurp.
