Prosciutto Arancini from Esposito & Sons

Prosciutto Arancini from Esposito & Sons

AUGUST 3RD SPECIAL

Prosciutto Arancini

These delicious rice balls are filled with mozzarella, ricotta and prosciutto. And they're amazing. Arancini are said to have originated in 10th century Sicily, and are usually filled with a meat, pea and cheese combo. But we like this version better.

SOURCE:  House-made at Esposito & Sons, Brooklyn
QUANTITY AVAILABLE:  4 dozen small, 2 dozen large
PRICE:  $1.50 for a small ball, $3.50 for a large ball
