A wonderfully tender, juicy sirloin tip roast beef. Dry aged for 3 weeks in Dellapietras' dry age room. Yes, they have a dry age room. Roasted for about an hour and a half to a nice rare / medium rare. Coated in garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You can get it sliced, as a sandwich, or as a dinner special – just ask.
